A downloadable bgc for Windows

Overview:

This game is a half-parody of SMB, and a reimagining of a really old game made in 2009 by a friend of mine, Adrien Dittrick. At first it was just a gift I wanted to make to Adri, a recreation of the first level from his game, but then I got so attached to this game I just could not leave it unfinished. So I gathered a group of friends, and as BallDude Team's first project we present: Bowser Gets Clever.

We tried making a game both a rage game, and also yknow, a normal human game. That is fun to play xP.
We also wanted to capture the cozyness of an old flash game, and I think we did a good job!

Story:

Oh noes! It appears that Princess Peach was kidnapped AGAIN! Mario must come to the rescue! But Mario doesn't know that the FIENDISH Bowser has gotten... CLEVER...

Install instructions

Note that, starting with 1.2, to play this game on Windows XP, you will have to go to the game's DATA folder, and then in the "adshowver" folder get the older version of the Active Direct Show plugin (adshowxp.mfx) and replace the current adshow.mfx in the DATA folder. If you want the original version of the plugin back, get the Vista+ version of it (adshow7.mfx) and replace adshow.mfx with it.
